The Book of the Continuum instead of The book of Dead

The Book of the Continuum

(Correcting the misnamed “Book of the Dead”)

We don’t die. Bodies end; being continues. The so-called “Book of the Dead” was never about endings. It’s a walk into the Bardo with Angels, lessons before the scale, and Anubis at the center—not as a punisher, but as the one who carries the heavy so love can reach.

What really happens (before any weighing)

  • Angels walk you in 🕊️🕊️ — This part is missing in the old tellings. You are escorted with care into the Bardo.

  • Lessons come first 📚 — You review, learn, and complete what is unfinished. The scale is not first. The work is kindness-training: how to become more gentle, truthful, and reverent.

  • Then the Weighing ⚖️🪶 — Not a verdict. A placement into the HPH level where you’ll learn best next and keep growing.

The Weighing is not about punishment. It’s a placement for growth and service.

Anubis (Opener of the Ways) — who he actually is

  • Hero of thresholds 🐺✨ — He is the one Michael fights for, the one who handles what others can’t.

  • Why a Jackal — Because he must deal with the rotten and boundary places; he takes on what would taint the shining ones so Angels stay bright.

  • Fair worker of every state — He calibrates hearts to Ma’at, assigns fair paths, and never throws anyone away.

  • The “ferrymen of the Styx” — Souls who aren’t cruel enough for the belly but still unfinished; he places them in service until they soften into love. Mischief happens; seeing you come can send them back to task.

  • The true Superman 🦸 — He absorbs the negative so love can do its work. “Anubis loves me so I can love you.”

  • Our partnership — When I wanted to give up, Anubis loved me, so that I could keep teaching humans.

Breath • Scent • Color • Vibration (for the living & the leaving)

For those who are dying—and for those keeping vigil—set the field before the lessons and the scale:

  • Breath 💨 — Longer exhale than inhale (e.g., in 4, out 6), repeated calmly. Breath lightens the heart.

  • Scent 🌿 — Cedar, frankincense, or rose; simple, clean, reverent.

  • Color 🎨 — Emerald for healing, gold for truth, black for protection/boundary.

  • Vibration 🔔 — A single bell, a low hum, or a slow drum—enough to steady, never to startle.

This is not theater; it’s tuning. You are helping a soul meet their lessons kindly, then approach the scale ready.

The Bardo & the HPH placement

  • Bardo = classroom. You finish lessons that make you more able to love.

  • Weighing = placement. Light heart → brighter rooms of service. Heavy heart → rooms where learning can untie the knots.

  • Continuum means more chances. Struggles make us grow into the reverent ones.

42 Words (7 lines × 6 words) — the Kindness Creed

(Your structure: 7 lines, 6 words each, encoding the 7 Principles. Edit these to your exact rhyme if you want.)

Mind remembers—All is One, always within.
As above, so below—bridges glow true.
Everything moves; breathe softer, hearts lighten.
Opposites teach; choose harmony’s middle path.
Tides return; rest, rise, dance kindly.
Offer good causes; receive gentle effects.
Seed and womb—create lovingly, balance wisely.

Read one line, breathe once. Seven lines. That’s the daily tuning.

What Anubis feels (in his own words)

I do not punish; I measure.
I take the heavy so love can reach.
Lessons first, scales after; this is fairness.
When your heart matches Ma’at, the door opens itself.

Rename it correctly

Stop calling it a “Book of the Dead.” Call it what it is:
The Book of the ContinuumComing Forth into Light, with Angels, lessons, breath, scent, color, vibration, and Anubis guiding the placement that helps each soul grow.
